Payment​

All items must be paid in full before they are sent out. Items can be purchased through PayPal or Interact E-Transfer sent to prestonwestxox@gmail.com. Shipping included on all Canadian orders. International customers please note additional shipping charges may be incurred and will be billed after the original transaction.

Refunds
All merchandise sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of each item, once items have been shipped we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order and reach out as soon as possible with any issues with your order.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We are happy to assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of the shipping company. Canada Post retains sole responsibility for shipping and handling.

Shipping Information
Shipping price is included for all items within Canada! In-stock items generally ship within one week of your order. Pre-ordered items ship as soon as they become available. If there are multiple pre-orders in your order, your order will ship as soon as the last product becomes available. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your item has shipped. Please monitor your email for updates.

Right to Refuse

Preston West and all affiliates reserve the right to refuse sale or service for any reason including but not limited to: inappropriate behaviour or requests, suspected fraud, harassment, and failure to pay additional international shipping costs . In the case of order cancelation a full refund for the product will be given.
